Questions parks often ask
Do I need technical skills?
No. You set up schedules, packs, extras and prices from the panel, and we help you get started.
Do families need to create an account?
No. They book from their phone without signing up and receive a confirmation email with a private link to view, edit or cancel their booking.
How do families find my booking page?
Every park has its own booking link. Share it on your website, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google Business Profile.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
We ask for a card when you start and charge nothing during the trial. When it ends, the subscription continues at your plan's price. No commitment: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Can I manage several parks?
Yes, from the same account. The trial includes one park; adding another during the trial ends the trial and starts billing. The second park costs +€20/mo and each one from the third +€15/mo, excluding tax.
What is the AI Assistant?
An add-on for Core or Pro that answers families' questions on your booking page about prices, packages, extras, payments and cancellations, using the information you publish. It costs +€19/month per business, excluding tax, for all your parks. Add it at sign-up or from your panel; adding it is charged immediately with proration and removing it takes effect at the next renewal.
What does Pro include?
Pro adds online booking payments, deposit or full payment, straight into your business's Stripe account with no PartyBookIt fee per booking; Stripe charges its own fees. It costs €20/month more per business than Core. We'll open it soon; meanwhile you can start with Core.
